Schedule of Fees
Property Marketing Service
Our Marketing Service, includes:
- Listing on LetsUni.org website
- One image upload to website (to be provided to LetsUni as either a print or digital photo).
The charges for one to twenty properties are as follows:
- First property: £50
- Thereafter: £35 per property
Larger Developers, Agents, and Landlords with portfolios of more than twenty properties
should contact us to discuss our services.
Additional Images
You can add extra images to your adverts on the LetsUni website at the following prices:
- £5 per image if provided as digital file by email
- £10 per image if provided as prints requiring scanning
Please note that this price is for an image to appear against one property.
If the same photo is to be used for two properties the fee will be the same as
for two photos. (You should only use the same photo for more than one property where it
accurately represents both properties, e.g. if the two properties are next door to each
other, and the photo includes them both.)
Photography Service
If you are not local to the property, or are not able to take your own photograph, you may
like us to arrange to have the property professionally photographed.
- £35 for one external photo*
* At this time we are only able to make arrangements to take one external photograph of the
property from the street. If you are providing your own photos, either by email or as prints, you
are welcome to supply photos of both the interior and exterior of the property.
