As an Accommodation Provider you can improve your chances of getting your property back in good condition at the end of a tenancy by clearly communicating your reasonable expectation to the tenants. Whilst a small proportion of tenants are wilfully destructive or very lazy, most are happy to do their best to return a property in reasonable condition to ensure they get their deposit back.
